An Outside Business Activity of Brandon Cabaniss
A financial well-being initiative for women — co-founded by Brandon Cabaniss (CFP®) and Deb Bucci, PhD. Built on three pillars and grounded in the lived experience of transition.

Mission
Empowering women to achieve wealth, wisdom, and well-being through education, resources, and community engagement.
Vision
To create a world where every woman has the tools, knowledge, and confidence to thrive financially and personally.
About the Project
The 3W Project was created to reframe how women experience financial well-being — not as a separate goal, but as an essential part of a fuller, more meaningful life. Today, women are increasingly inheriting and managing wealth on their own. Yet from our experience, we know that a lack of clarity, confidence, and support around money in transitional times often leads to stress and undermines well-being.
After years of research and piloting in-person programs with women, we recognized the need for a more intentional, structured effort focused on financial well-being. The result is the 3W Project.
Designed for women navigating transitions, building new futures, or simply seeking a healthier relationship with money, the 3W Project offers a new path forward.
The Three Pillars
In architecture, a structure with three legs or columns forms the most stable base — able to stand firm, even on uneven ground. The same principle applies to personal growth and empowerment.
the pillar of values, vision, and discernment
Wisdom is not just knowledge — it is the deep, often hard-won understanding that shapes how we live. In the 3W Project, wisdom anchors the journey. It asks: What do I know about myself, my values, and what truly matters?
the pillar of vitality, balance, and self-awareness
We cannot separate how we feel from how we function. In the 3W Project, well-being reinforces the idea that financial choices live inside a fuller life. It asks: How do I care for myself in a way that supports my capacity to live fully?
the pillar of resources, access, and financial agency
Wealth is not just about money — it is about having the means to make choices, support others, and shape our futures. In the 3W Project, wealth breaks silence and stigma. It asks: How do I use money as a tool for strength, stewardship, and possibility?
