I have led teams as an employee at a brokerage, as an independent broker and now as Fiduciary Investment Advisor Representatives.
I have ADHD. I think fast. I like challenges. I'm made for solving problems. I have moral courage, and I look for that in other people.
I tell the truth and encourage other people to do the same. I want people to deal with life so they can unlock their futures. I'm perceptive, direct, not easily offended. I can deal with the mess.
My thinking is big-picture and strategic. I can synthesize a lot of information into a coherent view and reduce that to simple decisions.
I interrupt occasionally, but I am an intense and empathic listener. I do not let my phone interrupt personal conversation. I am present.
I like working with people with ADHD/ high functioning autism/ other "neuroatypical" labels. I have several family members with ADHD and high functioning autism.
I am good with older clients. I like teaching young adults.
I like hearing about challenges, personal struggles, growth, learning, spiritual development. I'm much more interested in what's below the surface than what's socially acceptable.
I work well with entrepreneurs. I don't understand why people accept the way things are. I think we can change a lot when we try.
I studied religion, liberal arts, languages. My view of money is that insightful people use money to solve human problems and bring people together. Money is for living.
My values are humanist. I hate literalism/ legalism in religion and politics.
- My Enneagram is type 4
- My Myers Briggs Type is ENTJ? ENTP? ESTP? Hard for me to pin down.
- I'm a Virgo. However, I don't fit the type.
